Using it in Everything!
Here is a spice/herb mixture I made that is great for chicken, pork and potatoes:
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon crushed basil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground celery seed
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons mushroom powder
3 tablespoons garlic powder
½ tablespoon black pepper
