Using it in Everything!
Here is a spice/herb mixture I made that is great for chicken, pork and potatoes:
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon crushed basil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground celery seed
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons mushroom powder
3 tablespoons garlic powder
½ tablespoon black pepper

Soups and sauces and stocks, OH MY!
This is how thyme should be. We use this in stocks, sauces and soups plus a lot of other dishes. LOVE the flavor and quality. One of the first herbs we tried from Spices Inc, and this one made us a believer. This will make you quit your local stores spice isle and enjoy better things from Spices Inc.
