Fennel seed
I make my own Italian sausage from wild game. I use the fennel seed along with the crushed sweet red bell pepper. The spices from spices INC are the only fresh products that I can find. To buy spices locally they do not have the robust flavors as those from your company. I have now made a commitment to purchasing ALL of my household spices from Spices INC. When friends ask where I get my spices I send them to your website. Your customer service is second to none and your products are absolutely the best that money can buy.
