This is the finest ground garlic you could ever buy! it is the consistency of sifted flour. What you buy in the store isnt garlic powder compared to this product. this is a true light weight powder. Fantastic!

Knowing where my garlic comes from is very important to me and my business. This garlic is from California and has great flavor. The aroma hits you hard and the grind is great. It's very fine and is a great base for seasonings.
