Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
I sprinkle the Nashville seasoning about 2 tbsps on the chicken before cooking marinating for 4-6hrs and then I dip the drumsticks in milk and then cornflake crumbs then I bake the chicken in my toaster oven at 425 for 30 minutes to 40 minutes depending on size of chicken, my boneless chicken breast pounded out flat only take 15 min. Doing it this way has produced some great chicken with great heat and flavor. this seasoning mix is not just hot but flavorful love it and recommend it highly!
