One of our favorite spices
This is one of our favorite spices. We use it a lot in BBQ and in stews. The smoke flavor is not overly strong which is a plus. it adds just a hint of smokiness which is great for a BBQ rub.

A little disappointed
This is my first time trying the smoked pepper and it's okay. It's definitely not as smoky as I would like - when added to a dish it's barely noticeable. I probably wouldn't buy it again. However all the other spices I bought were terrific!

Not Bad, Not Great
I bought this along with the bourbon smoked salt and my review for this is exactly the same. The initial smell was very weak on the smoke and non-existent on the bourbon.
This one was a miss.
