Such a delight!
This salt is so delicate in flake, but satisfyingly bold in smoky flavor. It is a spectacular finishing salt, lending a lovely topping to steak, tiny roasted potatoes, and many other dishes.

I use the Applewood smoked
I use the Applewood smoked salt on potatoes and anything I want a Smokey taste in. Spices Ink. Has a great selection of sizes for any one that cooks.
