Organic Thyme -- your nose knows the difference
The tiny twists to protect the flavor & color, and the fragrance of thyme harvested at its prime made this an excellent addition to my fried chicken seasoning. Next up: homemade sausage. And I'm expecting great flavor there as well. So superior to 'store-bought' versions that have been aging out on the grocery-store shelves for who knows how long.

Very nice strong scent showing that the herb was nice and fresh. The flavor of the thyme came thru nicely in blends. On its now the flavor is not muted at all and comes thru gently when in a cooked dish.
