Cilantro fills in with just the right subtle note and accent of color. Much more flavorful then the jarred Cilantro in the grocery store, [freshness?]and at a fraction of what I'd pay there.

Good Spice!
I like this Dried Cilantro. The leaves are not all brown as I have found in other makers. The leaves are more green and have the Cilantro flavor. I like this one.

Just can't hold a candle to fresh, I thought it was because I dried it wrong. No one's fault and, yes, still better than no cilantro.
