NICE!
Come to find out this not only good on salmon but is super on chicken and pork chops. Wish it could have a little less salt. Other than that it's a all around great seasoning.

Delicious on salmon...
I used the seasoning on a piece of salmon from Bristol Bay Alaska. It was DELICIOUS. I brushed on olive oil with the spices mixed in. About 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil to 1 tablespoon of seasoning(adjust to your taste). Broiled the fish on low(one side/skin side down) for about 5 minutes or so, and brushing a second coat half way through. š

This seasoning steals the show!
This, by far, has become our favorite seasoning for fish! Everything about it is spot-on as it relates to flavor, balance of spices, appearance, and the texture on the fish. Bristol Bay Salmon Seasoning has claimed the crown as āking of fish seasoningā for our family!

Bristol Bay Salmon Seasoning
Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator, and baked it the next day. They said it was fabulous and they would serve it to guests again.

Great spice!
I love this spice but did add a little dill weed to mine as I love that flavor on my salmon, otherwise it's great. Use it all the time!

It was ok
I used in a good size salmon but it just didnāt have the ful flavor I was hoping for. I followed the suggestion and all. Will try again. But the taste of the flavors was good.
