Mediterranean Dry Rub
I have rubbed it on a leg of lamb and created a fabulous, deeply flavored roasted meal. The fact that it contains no salt helps me control the amount of salt that is applied to the meat and vegetables I cook. I love the freshness of the spices from Spices Inc. This one is not to be missed.

Mediterranean Dry Rub
I mixed with extra virgin olive oil and rubbed a Top Round, seared it in a pan and finished in the oven. Perfection. I so appreciate that you have this salt free blend...please don't ever take it away from me.

We used the Mediterranean Dry Rub on fresh cod, pan fried. It was a Do Again Great. I will bake bread next and use this seasoning in the bread.

Unsalted Spices
I really like it. These Spices are great for flavoring your food. If you are on a low Sodium diet, these are great and for all kinds of dishes too.

One of the best seasoning mixes out there
I originally got this seasoning mix two years ago, and in those years it has been a perfect addition to all sorts of foods, but especially with gyros and Italian food. To my mind, it should be a staple in everyone's kitchen, and the fact that there is no salt or sugar in the mix makes it all the better.
