Unusual and addictive
This unusual salt-free mix makes it seem possible to give up salt. It’s such an interesting, addictive combo—the garlic is assertive, and the sesame seeds add depth. The citrus gives it sparkle.
Warning: it’s potent. If you sprinkle it over your supper you might find it lingers the next morning (not in a bad way, but garlic is pretty garlicky (a good thing!).
It jazzes up all sorts of savory dishes. I eat it pretty often on steamed broccoli. I will reorder for sure when my current stock runs out.
