Great blend

Great flavor
I used it for roasted chicken and it turned out great. The heat level is nice and the fish sauce is a great sddition

OK, but missing something
Used it for Korean Fried Chicken, but the site recipe lacked balance and crispiness for some reason. We've done KFC before, but a single flouring gets a crispy result for us. Suggest adding some brown sugar on top of the honey component.
