Great flavor
This is a great powder. Be a little careful as you may have to back off just a little be cause of how full the flavor is. Not a lot but a rounded tablespoon may need to be a level tablespoon. Also if you premix it with other spices and leave in a closed container the spices tend to be clumped. Take from the bag and use. Great flavor!

The best I’ve ever had
The best I’ve ever had. So much better than store bought. It is very fine and as such is best as a finish or at the end of cooking. It’s also perfect for a homemade rub. It has intense flavor. I love it as a finish on my salads.
