Versatile
This stuff is awesome. I first tried it simply on fresh cut fruit and plain yogurt. Great snack or part of breakfast. Next i used it in the breading for coconut shrimp. It gave the shrimp a sweeter mor coconut flavor. Sprinkled on some seasoned pork cabobs straight off the grill it also shined.

Organic Coconut Sugar
I have used Organic Coconut Sugar in baking, cooking in Caribbean curry stews and my morning coffee. It works well for me in all those varieties. It does not have the refined and processed sweetness of other sugars. Very earthy and nuanced coco-chocolate undertones. I recommend you to give it a try.

Garlic and Mediterranean oregano
M family used to own a restaurant and spice were always critical. You had to have the best. Well I brought both the garlic and oregano to my folks and they were extremely pleased!! (as was I). Keep up the good work.

Great in coffee!
