If you've tasted Japanese curry then that's the closest to madras curry powder. Also the Sharwood curry powder. In September I'm going to get the japanese gaban curry powder

Not What I Thought It Would Be
I thought after reading the descriptions of multiple curries on this site that this curry would be of medium heat, but instead it was mild (my mistake) and that's the only reason for 3 stars. I need to call customer service and ask them to help me choose a medium-hot curry.
