Need to do some research
Need to do some research on your site to know what works best with sazon seasoning. I just toss it around wherever I think adobo doesn't want to go.

Sazon good after slight modification
Used it on baked chicken and was great....after I removed the cilantro....not a fan of this spice...flakes easily removed with wire strainer. Will try it next on grilled /smoked pork and chicken.

But not enough coloring. I had to add Annatto to and some paprika to get the color profile similar to the Sazon packets of love!
