A life saver
Since my gall bladder surgery, I find myself having stomach issues more. This ginger powder in my morning tea helps me keep that under control. It is tasty and good quality with no stringy bits in it like I sometimes find in store bought ginger.

Great for sauces.
I like ginger's ability to add some snap to my dishes. Powder versus ground isn't really a question for sauces. The powder adds flavor more evenly so there is never a 'hot spot' of spices in any of my sauces. Love this stuff and love Spices Inc. too.
