Something different
used this product for first time last night in two different ways. First was for a liquid flavoring in a smoker. We found 3 Tablespoons to 1 cup water was best for a substitute vinegar. We also added it into seasonings for a liquid marinade. Again using the ratios from above. Both turned out really good and you could definitely taste the vinegar in both. I will be using it in seasoning mixes like the packets found in the store that call for adding vinegar, oil and water. Now will only have to add oil and water. Will let you know how they turn out.
