Maras Biber
I love the flavor profile of this pepper and it goes great w/just about anything you put it on! Not too hot, it has a burn that starts at the tip and works its way to the middle of the tongue and then goes away fairly quickly as compared to Mexican/Latin chilies.

The Real Deal
