Great product!
I have been making breakfast sausage with half and half ground turkey and ground chicken using the “Breakfast Sausage� mix. I had a half pound of ground pork in the freezer and decided to get this to try with it. My husband LOVED it! I also used it with a pound of my turkey/chicken mix, but those are in the freezer now. I think he will like that just as well though.

Breakfast sausage substitute
I have a relative who is allergic to sage so this maple sausage seasoning is a good substitute for breakfast sausage. A little pure maple syrup and some cayenne would make this seasoning pop!
