The ingredients are different on the bag than listed on the website.
I am attempting to make baking mixes and want to have the least amount of added ingredients as possible for what I am trying to do with quality. Overall the lemon flavoring was fine once I got enough in the mix.
However, the webpage here lists the ingredients as Organic rice maltodextrin, organic lemon juice concentrate and organic lemon oil. The bag I got lists the ingredients as Organic Tapioca, Maltodextrin, Organic Lemon Juice concentrate and Organic lemon oil. I was looking at various pages that sell lemon juice powder, and almost all are maltodextrin and lemon juice/lemon oil, but bought this because of the organic label. When I get the bag it actually has an additional additive with the tapioca and it is now not even listing organic rice maltodextrine, but just maltodextrin. If you put the lemon powder in water to sample the flavor, you can really taste the tapioca in there as well.
