Nice subtle flavor
I used this and the lemon peel to make a recipe I found on their site. The flavors were subtle but they added a nice touch to the pasta recipe. I'm going to find other recipes to use these two ingredients.

Tangerine peel
As an ingredient in my spice rub it is particularly aromatic and lends a better flavor profile along with the orange peel and chili's... It compliments red meat quite well
