Another hit. I find this to be great in my homemade salad dressing. It's flavorful and adds just a hint of heat.

Not quite white...
I would prefer a white pepper that was bit whiter and slightly finer grained.

Ground White Pepper
The quality was superb. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I would have liked the option of a coarse ground white pepper to match the black pepper I ordered for my seasoning, but that is purely a personal preference.
