Excellent Chile Flakes!
We used the guajillo chile flakes in a homemade peanut-chile salsa and they truly delivered the promised smoky-fruity-earthy flavor! These flakes were perfectly dehydrated; pliable with concentrated flavor, not dry and brittle. The color they imparted was a dark red that ensured the flakes were fresh and of high quality. Will purchase over and over!
