Hatch Chile Powder is great! We used in our tamale sauce to rave reviews! Only things is ... in order to get free shipping, I ordered a small package of Green Chile powder. The Green Chile powder did not arrive, but a sample of Pennsylvania Pepper did. What happened?

Hatch New Mexico Green Chile Powder

Many uses
I have been using this in various recipes where I like to intensify or add the flavor of green peppers. This is a very mild Chile but lots of flavor.

Mellow flavor with a bit of heat!
This is very good and I've made it as part of my chili recipe over chipotle powder. It's a bit less spicy than chipotle but very good. I will certainly get this again when I run out.

Not Hatch Green Chilli
After living in Santa Fe NM for 8 years I got to HGC very well. Although this tasty like green chilli it doesn't possess the flavor of HGC. I believe that this is false advertising. Although the Jalapeno powder is very good
