I'm really happy with this company and their products!
These seeds are fresh and have a good amount of heat. Reminiscent of horse radish root. They come nicely packaged in zip lock bags with a label that can be peeled off the zip lock bag and placed into the container you are going to store them in. I'm impressed in how quickly they came. I'm also pleased with the price of the products from this cmpany.

Delicious fermented mustard
