Perfect addition
You can blend other spices to make an approximate to Kashmiri Chile, but why would you when this Kashmiri Chili powder is perfect.

finally the right heat
The is not too hot, as one wants for this chili. I have a pantry full of product from other places that was way too hot for how this spice is used in my favorite Indian recipes.

Love this chili
I got this chili powder to try for the first time in some indian cooking, and it did not let me down. Mild but enough heat to satisfy. Smoky and very fresh.

Fresh and moist!
This is my first time using Kashmiri Chili Powder- even though my background is Indian! The aroma is similar to paprika but the taste is much more bold and less sweet. I was a little nervous to see that it arrived in a ziplock bag rather than a jar of some sort, but worry not! The product is moist, fresh, and full of flavor! I am anxious to buy more of their spices!

To hot...was supposed to be
To hot...was supposed to be mild but burnt my lips. Did not enjoy.
