Wow! The Hops !
The hops makes it really stand out. Should have called it " The Boilermaker". Whiskey chased with beer. Great on pork loin.

Not enough bourbon and too much sugar.
Straight out of the bag was ok but after using as a dry rub, the pork was too sweet for my liking. Im thinking this needs to be a wet brine with a half cup of real bourbon added.
