Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
But this jerk seasoning is so delicious and authentic I was astounded. Absolutely recommended! I used it in chicken and pork and both were fantastic!

I have used this seasoning on chicken breasts, chicken wings, and whole chickens. I will season the meat before I freeze it. I add a little bit of vinegar and olive oil. The meat marinates while it is freezing and, when I am ready to use it, while it thaws.
