Great on tofu
I usually toss my tofu in this before stir frying it with veggies and lo mein, it is fantastic. The bright citrus flavors and ginger come out nicely.

Perfect balance of heat and citrus
Tried this on skinless chicken and plain ramen noodles. The heat stays with you without being overpowering and the ginger and citrus are the perfect amount. Not only does this taste great but it smells wonderful. One of my new favorites.

Good Spice Combo!
