Use it in a number of dishes when making chili but really love it when making smoked almonds. Combining this with medium hot cayenne and other spices gives it enough kick to consider it hot but not enough that you can't eat it. Nice when you like flavor without extreme heat

Great flavor
Wanted to find fresh NM chile powder after exhausting my stash. Gave this a try. Shipped quickly, The powder was fresh, flavorful and aromatic. Used immediately in chili and enchilada sauce and the flavor is wonderful!
