I used this on lamb chops just to try it out. I didn't have any ribs at the time ! I added kosher salt to the meat before the rub. Came out with a good flavor on the chops.

The rub was way to hot
Wasn't thinking it was going to be so hot I couldn't use it. not able to use the product for my customers due to being to hot
