Habanero Mango Chicken Rub
It was a really good "hot" spice. I marinaded some chicken thighs and drumsticks overnight in this rub and then grilled them over a charcoal grill. Wonderful!Maybe I will try adding some real mango next time! I would buy this again.

It goes beautifully with chicken or pork. It also id a wonderful way to spice up pop corn!
