Lebanese 7 spice
I absolutely love it. I try every new spice on potato salad to get kind of a neutral taste test and WOW, this is good stuff which, by the way, I WILL use on potato salad and veggies such as carrots and squash. It's truly delicious.

Been making my own for years, and this saves me time and tastes as good as anything I made--from Spices Inc's spices of course.

New Spices: easiest way to supercharge old dishes
We are all captive to old cooking habits. Without changing basic ingredients or methods, I’ve reinvented my old dishes by simply adding new spice combinations from other cultures. When I first added Lebanese 7 Spice to the traditional spices I used for meat loaf, stews, stir-frys, roasts, even steaks on the grill, it added a whole layer of aromatic overtones I never thought existed.
That experiment gave me the courage to try other spice combinations I’ve never heard of or used. I now realize how simple it can be to supercharge traditional dishes without changing my basic cooking habits.

A missed opportunity, but not for me
1974s The Man With The Golden Gun is by no means the best Bond movie ever made, it probably doesn't even crack top five, and now I know why. A good portion of the movie takes place in Beirut, and while there is plenty of intrigue and espionage, not once do they mention Lebanese seven spice, I know because I checked. They had plenty of opportunities to casually mention the plethora of flavors that could have danced across my tastebuds, but instead they focused on trivial inconsequential plots, involving hitmen, and gadgets and spies. That's all fine and well, but seriously, the most important thing in Beirut has to be this spice.
Lebanese seven spice - 5 Stars.
The Man With The Golden Gun - 2 stars, because they should have mentioned this spice.

I would cut back the ratio or check the clove strength.
