Superb flavor - where's the high heat?
One of my favorite dried chilies with a unique pungency and plenty of heat to keep them interesting.
It is not just this batch, but others I've gotten - the heat varies quite a bit.
I've read growing the hottest of the super hots requires extra care to really deliver. It seems these did not get it.
I've had Habaneros hotter than these. :/
The first batch of these I found a few years ago were smoked and had the legendary heat to go with them.
