I'll be coming back for spices here next time I'm in need. I'm working on a pastrami right now and I just checked it today. It's got that beautiful pink color to it. I haven't used the chiles I bought yet but I tried the Pennsylvania pepper in a taco dish. Solid solid stuff. Thanks for your help.
