Essential Thai Spice
I was able to find lemongrass stalks and grounded lemongrass at a local Asian market. However, I was unable to find lemongrass in powder form. Thankfully Spice Inc. has it, so I made my purchase with them. I was not disappointed, as the powder form is essential in some of the Thai recipes I prepare.
