Dried Habanero Chiles Great quality. I bought the 1 pound bag. At whole foods they are $1.00 per pepper. I was drying my own until I found these. I make habanero salt and season sweet potato fries with them.

Disappointed These Habanero Chiles were not 100% dried. I have purchased dried Habemero Chiles in the past and when I received my order the chilies very dry. I was able to crush them in my palm into tiny flakes. These chilies were pliable. Jack

A lotta peppers I ordered a lotta peppers, I'm sure you get much larger orders but for me to $200 plus dollars worth of Peppers is a lot of peppers. Among those peppers I ordered, 5 pounds of mulato peppers, 5 pounds of guajillo peppers, five 1 pound bags of birds eye peppers, one 1 pound bag of ghost peppers and, one 1 pound bag of ghost peppers. While I understand that you can't fully dehydrate the peppers for shipping reasons to prevent them from being crushed to dust before they reach their destination I found that after I received the peppers and finished the dehydration process, the most expensive peppers (the Habanero & Ghost chillies) lost over 30% of their weight while the others lost considerably less. The birds eye chillies faired the best and only lost approximately 12%. So, it would appear to me that on the most expensive peppers I paid for extra water weight. In fact the ghost peppers bag had a small amount of condensation in the bag but all the peppers were clean and in good condition. Over all the peppers were good it just seemed a little odd that the more expensive peppers still maintained the highest water quantity.

Habanero mild Definitely not as hot as other habanero's I've had but they're still okay. I'd rate these at the bottom level when it comes to the habanero heat scale.

These seem to have been These seem to have been indirect wood fire dried, giving them a slight chipotle smokiness and darker color to them. Killed off the desirable tropical fruit character habaneros are known for. On top of that, they are not especially hot either. Having a lot of trouble finding plain old air dried habeneros recently. I have about eight older ones.

Not so HOT! We would like to let you know that we were not satisfied with the Dried Habanero Chilies that we purchased two months ago. The overall heat of the chilies was extremely underwhelming. We do not typically make any kind of complaints with our vendors however, we feel that it is our duty as a customer to let you know our experience with your product. We would want the same from our customers if they were as displeased. On another note. We were more than happy with the rest of our order. No hard feelings, just an honest appraisal. Thanks, Jesse White Bee Nice Gardens
