Fantastic Flavors!

Napa Valley Pepper Chicken Soup
I had a bad cold not long ago and made myself some chicken soup. Citrus Seasoning, Napa Valley Pepper, salt and your white pepper. It was grand. I didn't have noodles, so I used pearl couscous and finished with a scrape of lime zest...

This pepper blend is always
This pepper blend is always in our pantry. Lately we have have been adding it to baked fingerling potatoes. Just coat the potatoes with olive oil and dust them with a generous amount of the Nappa Valley Pepper before baking. The result is a wonderfully flavorful side dish.

Napa Valley Pepper is a nice change.
We recently crusted a pork short rib with this bright tasting pepper before roasting. It was perfect. We use it regularly on Chicken and Pork. Great Spice!
