I am loving the flavor of the jalapeno powder in my cooked foods. It is perfect for my addition of Jalapeno Peanut Brittle. I am a Jalapeno Pepper Chilihead as they seem to make a way into almost everything I cook. Even my breakfast preparations. I do have one question? My brittle ingredients were a forest green with the addition of green food color, but when I added the soda as the last ingredient. The cooked caramel turned a muckly brown color with a tinge of green. How do I keep it green, alto I did not let the color stop me from eating it all. The flavor of the brittle was just like the one I had purchased at a commercial store.
