When I opened my package, the cumin was strong. I put it in my cupboard because I still had some of the old left. The whole cupboard smelled like cumin. I still hadn't broken the plastic bag seal around it.
Then I made my first pot of beans with my new cumin. What a flavor. Even my father, who is 91 1/2, knew something was different. Your products are so excellent, it is really fun buying them.

The spices are fine. You guys use Fed ex to deliver. They sent the spices all over the place except here. Not the first time fed ex has done this. I will be more coherent to the shipping partners of my spice providers in the future.
