Hatch Green Chili Flakes We use to travel a great distance to get the flakes to make our traditional Christmas empanadas. Was so happy to find them online when we ran out of them this year. Flakes have wonderful aroma and flavor, we add them to our pinto beans too!

Hatch chile flakes... ...are special. From a different vendor I bought some ew Mexico green chile flakes. BLAH and disappointing. Then tried your Hatch chile flakes. Much better with their real Hatch flavor.

Where's the flavor? I'm trying to use these in some way I can actually taste the flavor from them. Tried them in eggs, sauces, green chili. I'm just marking it up to what we all know is that different chili batches have different results. I guess I got a wimpy batch.

Love these Flakes We would drive to New Mexico yearly with my in laws to get green chili flakes. Finding them online has brought back happy memories of them and our road trips. We use these in our bean, soups and our Christmas empanadas.

Grab them while you can! They will go fast. These Spices Inc Green Pepper flakes have been my favorite for years. They are great in home fried potatoes! I use them liberally in omlettes, on pizza, and in tacos. Great on top of avocado slices, in chili, and I love these in my shrimp scampi.
