Great Rub
Man this blend is a picture perfect St Louis style rub. Perfectly blended salty and sweet and the smoke hits that sugar and paprika and other spices and it pops!!! Very little heat as the subtle black pepper settles in. Just perfect to please a lot of folks and easily adjustable to add your touch. Perfect for any sauce you can throw at it. We made a Carolina style mop sauce during smoking and dusted again at the end. 75 racks was a huge crowd pleaser. Definitely a must have rub for your supply.
