I have used it for beef brisket and chicken. Very flavorful with a mild smoky sweet taste, but not too sweet...just a hint. :)

This is my favorite rub. I like it a little more than the Memphis rub because this one has a hint of sweetness. I used this on a couple of baby back ribs and smoked them. To say that they came out awesome would be an understatement. I've also tried this on grilled shrimp and they came out really nice!
