Pasilla Chile Powder
With a long slender shape. Similar to the Ancho with the dried wrinkles, the Pasilla is almost black. Mellow, roasty, and smooth come to mind for Pasilla flavor. Good for adding a brown gravy look and taste to Mexican dishes. Really good in a beef enchilada sauce.
