Deep red *freshly * ground chilies so I don’t have to grind the whole ones myself!
Love the guajillos in general for their color and flavor and I can use in lots of dishes without burning my clients’ mouths!

Home made Chorizo using Ancho and Guajillo Chili Powder
I have been making home made chorizo using dried chili peppers then grinding into a powder. I have recently switched to using chili powder and have enjoyed the outcome. For additional kick I also use chipotle and Chili De Arbol chili powder as well, I have found Spice Inc to provide a superior product with very convenient packaging.
