Enough honey Not enough Chipotle!!!
I enjoyed this rub. It's sweet and has a great taste. I just think it needs some more Chipotle to balance the sweetness. Definitely recommend this

Honey Chipotle Rub
The flavors on this one are TOO subtle. Can't really taste the honey nor the chipotle, and you don't get the crystallization you would with actual honey.
Not the worst, but you'd have to dump a ton on to really taste it.
I could see this being in a soak overnight marinade perhaps, but not great as a normal rub.

It was good
I used this rub for the first time on boneless, butterflied center cut pork chops for warm sandwiches and I liked it. I didn't get any heat . I could taste a slightly sweet, smoky taste. I will continue to buy it. What I really liked about it was that I tend to use a lot of seasoning on purpose and some times the salt in a seasoning will be to strong. In this case I didn't get to much salt at all. I might buy some granulated honey to add on my own to some of my hotter spices.
