I love it on watermelon, but it's also an easy way to season chili, chicken, tacos, or whatever else you'd like to add a bit of heat and salt to.

It is wonderful for adding a little kick to hamburgers or chicken, but I like it even better sprinkled on watermelon or an ear of corn. The cool/spicy combination is a knock-out!
