A very complex seasoning, and tasty
I have tasted Jamaican jerk chicken. Butchers Best chicken rub goes beyond the Jamaican flavor.
When I grill simple chicken tenders, I use about a teaspoon of seasoning per large tender. Mix that with enough of your favorite oil to make a thick solution. Rub the chicken and grill. The Finish of the chicken will turn out well

Great addition
I 1st purchased a small container of BBCR to try something new and instantly fell for it. I've only used it on chicken breasts and cooked on grill w/indirect heat. I then thin slice at a angle to make cuts for sandwiches and snacking.
The blend of the more earthy spices are really noticeable both before & after cooking and the chipotle, clover, paprika and allspice give it a nice "tangy" finish.
I'd lightly dust the chicken(1st time) and re-wrap and let sit in fridge at least a few hours and if possible overnight. Cook appropriate temp, indirect grilling is best.
