This was a little different
This was a little different than I expected but really good and I'll order again. I lived in Houston and traveled multiple times/month to/from New Orleans and the folks I was meeting knew all the good authentic spots. Don't you mind this comes out of PA, this mix stands-up.

My wife is on Go-Lo
My wife is on Go-Lo so I had to make a Vegan type of dish when I last made it. Your spice saved the whole thing as far as I'm concerned, otherwise it would have been way too bland and would have packed no punch at all. I also used the PA Pepper which I've been using on just about everything lately.

Adds a great flavor to Pinto beans
I use this with pinto beans in a slow cooker with smoked sausage & diced red onion. Also added some Spices Inc Creole Seasoning. Another great product.
